All communication that can be seen as marketing, advertising, soliciting, spam, phishing and or harassing shall be stored and turned over to the authorities or shall be deleted followed by a ban/block or report.

Contact Us Form – Shall collect information that is meant for communication purposes only.
Apply for a Job – Shall collect information that you, the user, inputs in order to better serve your request. Your contact information shall be stored for future reference, the information is to be used in order to perform required tasks pertaining to your employment application such as data allocation which we are required to perform according to DOT (department of transportation) regulations. All data supplied through the application form shall be stored as per DOT and FMCSA requirements. The data provided will be shared with third parties in order to perform the required pre-employment checks. You the user agree that the information provided can be stored to better serve you, your company and to better the services that we the “COMPANY” provide.

All data provided is only for APOLLO EXPRESS, INC. to better serve its customers and users. This Site is for informational purposes and for doing business with the company. APOLLO EXPRESS, INC. will not share your data with Third Parties for marketing purposes.
